Leading Global Asset Manager requires Client Services Assistant
Our client, one of the world's leading asset managers, is looking for a bright individual to support it's Client Services, and Sales & Marketing teams.
The role will entail various administrative tasks such as helping to organise events and conferences with maximum efficiency, follow up of company presentations, co-ordinating meetings and conference calls, diary management, expenses, and booking travel & accommodation.
Key Requirements:
Financial Services experience.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications - especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of the sales process
You will be extremely well organised, efficient, pay great attention to details, and be a team player with an outgoing personality.
This role would suit somebody who is happy working in an administrative role, and may currently be working as a PA, Secretary, or similar.
