BNP Paribas Fund Services, subsidiary of BNP Paribas Securities Services - Luxembourg Branch, has an immediate opening for an experienced professional according to the following profile

Business Change Management / Fund Administration Project Manager

Function

  • manage Fund Administration projects
  • analyse and review current processes in liaison with operational departments
  • co-ordinate the contact between operational departments and technical service providers (engineering team and IT in UK)
  • estimate project rationales
  • issue functional specifications, business requirements for multi-locations projects
  • organise and review the platform testing regarding providers’ deliveries
  • organise and provide system training sessions across locations

Profile

  • minimum of 5-6 years experience in the investment fund industry as Fund Administrator with solid project management skills (NAV Calculation process, Roles and Responsabilities of FA, Custody, TA, Middle Office, Significant Background relating to UCITS legislation (UCITS III, FoHF, FoF, Private Equity, IFRS...)
  • strong Management Skills and have 2/3 years of experienced
  • significant capacity of risk Assessment relating to FA business
  • significant capacity of creative skills in order to initiate efficient changes
  • strong relationships skills in order to build and running efficient relationship between FA interlocutors and other thirds parts such as TA, Custody
  • strong capacity of understanding clients needs and skills to establish a real sense of relationship with BP2S clients
  • fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Additional European languages would be considered as an advantage
