Candidates should have: •  Two to Four years Investment Banking experience with a large Investment Bank, or be ACA Qualified with a Big Four accounting firm, with two to four years post qualification experience in M&A Advisory. •  Applicants must possess an excellent academic record, with strong numerical skills, and be able to demonstrate M&A experience, an interest in corporate activity, and UK corporate finance regulations.
