Clients include FTSE350 companies in sectors such as Retail, Food and Drink, Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Technology, banking, insurance. We also work for local and national government.

As part of an ambitious growth strategy there is a need for experienced specialists with IT Sourcing and System Integrator selection experience. We are also looking for consultants with experience in HR or Finance sourcing to support the growing team

Engagements will typically include:

• Base lining the IT / HR or Finance services of our clients.
• Working collaboratively to develop client's sourcing strategies based upon client requirements and knowledge of market and supplier capabilities
• Assisting clients through the entire supplier selection process from business case development through to contract signature
• Developing and reviewing existing and planned service scope and service levels.
• Leading and participating in due diligence exercises.
• Integrating service levels into the overall contractual governance framework.
• Definition and assistance with post-contract governance activities

You will be involved in participating in complex sourcing and supplier selection engagements, maintaining strong long term client relationships, involvement in sales activities including assisting on proposals, identifying opportunities during the course of engagements and regularly monitoring these on the sales pipeline, attending specific client related events, thought leadership and development of IP within chosen area of expertise

With in-depth industry experience, you'll have proven project-based experience with one of the leading consultancies. With detailed understanding of the sourcing and supplier selection lifecycles and experience of working in the CIM or ICE sectors. Confident with excellent communication skills, your calm and collected approach will set you apart from the crowd.

We are looking for delievery focused indivduals with previous consulting experience in either IT, HR or Finance sourcing solutions to be based out of our London, Birmingham or Bristol offices

We are particulary keen to hear from indivduals with experience of Shared Servives, off shoring or on shoring experience
