Join us in KPMG in the UK’s Transaction Services and you’ll be involved in a wide range of listing work, structuring advice, bid services and pre-deal and target evaluation – often with an international dimension.
About the role
Working in our multi-disciplined teams, you’ll apply your talents to a wide variety of complex, demanding and high-profile transactions, from acquisitions and mergers to floatations and buy-outs. This could see you assuming responsibility for medium-sized transactions and elements of large-scale transactions, and reporting directly to a partner. As a representative of KPMG’s Transaction Services, you will also develop strong relationships with the client – and will be involved in building and maintaining business contacts.
About you
We’re looking for a qualified ACA (or equivalent), who will bring detailed knowledge of the transaction services field, including technical and risk management issues. As well as demonstrating the ability to lead multinational teams, you’ll be skilled at managing and developing junior staff and display an aptitude for building effective networks.
